Stolen Art Watch, Leonardo Da Vinci Madonna, Multi-Million £ Price To Be Paid For Rancid Prosecution !!!

Da Vinci Madonna, What Now ???

Art Hostage would like to start by addressing an issue that needs sorting straight away.

It concerns antiques dealer James Tierney, whose compensation money was used by Marshal Ronald to get the Da Vinci Madonna released.

That £350,000 has still not been covered by the Solicitors Insurance Fund, surprise surprise.

Therefore, the Duke of Buccleuch/Insurers should at the very least make payment of £350,000 to antiques dealer James Tierney as he is truly innocent in all of this mayhem.

I say mayhem because the words "Fan" and "shit" come to mind with regards lawsuits flying around.

Just because Jones and Boyce did not comment don't underestimate their desire to seek compensation.

Both Jack Doyle and Robbie Graham will also seek the reward or damages in a civil action no doubt.

Marshal Ronald will also, quite rightly, seek compensation via the courts.

As it was Art Hostage who started this whole Da Vinci Madonna recovery process in late 2006, it was also left to Art Hostage to clear up the mess caused by Mark Dalrymple and John Craig going off the "Art Hostage Message" and allowing themselves to be intoxicated by the perceived glamour of arrests in the "Art Hostage" Da Vinci Madonna recovery plan, which was given to S.O.C.A. and Mark Dalrymple in January 2007 at the Gatwick Airport Hilton Hotel.

As I write the Art Hostage Lawyers are collating all the Da Vinci Madonna files and recordings ready for the next phase.

For the sake of clarity James Tierney is not as innocent in this case as he would have you believe and the shortfall of £350,000 is due equally to him and me, Peter Tierney
The reason why the Solicitors Compensation Fund has not paid out is because they are allowing events to take there proper course and they expect Marshall Ronald to make good the shortfall once he has been put in a position to do so

When you look at events in the cold light of day this is a sad tale with no winners and losers. You never see plants in courtroom because it is place where hopes and aspirations are raised and crushed.
The back-story to this case will emerge in due course. It is believed that the painting went on journey west to the coast and then southwards out of Europe down to Asia before retuning via Southern Ireland. The painting clearly has been used to fund national and perhaps international activities of a somewhat worrying nature and tracking the back-story is where the police efforts should be focused.
Instead the police chose to shoot the messenger and rain on their parade
Robbie Graham and John Doyle had to courage to step into a legal minefield and to their credit they secured the safe return of the painting. The lawyers validated the process and whilst it was aid that one lawyer behaved unprofessionally the fact is he did what he had to do to remove the obstacles to the paintings return
If everyone is patient the some good will come of this
It will be interesting to see what action the Crown now take in the Da Vinci 2 case HMA v Brown, Boyle and Short which will shortly rerun the entrapment debate
In the public interest I would urge everyone to take stock and consider what a further prosecution of anyone other that the thieves can possibly achieve When you look at events in the cold light of day this is a sad tale with no winners and losers.
